This policy explains how K And C Media FZ LLC (“Enappy,” “we”) handles “consumer health data” as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar state laws, such as Nevada’s. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What consumer health data we collect
We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, or health conditions. However, some information may reveal or suggest health-related details, for example:
- that you are pregnant, expecting a baby, or caring for a newborn, based on the free resources you request or the courses you buy or view
- questions or messages you send us that mention your or your child’s health
How we use it
Only to provide the resources and courses you request, to answer your questions, to send you related emails you have agreed to receive, and to improve our services.

Who we share it with
- Service providers (processors) that help us run Enappy.com, such as our email, payment, video hosting, and website hosting providers, listed in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
- Advertising partners (Meta) — only with your separate, prior consent.
- Affiliates: our sister brands Epelus.hu and Escutecel.ro, operated by K And C Media FZ LLC. [We do not share your consumer health data with them. / We share it only to provide the service you requested.]
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access it
- receive a list of the third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, and their contact information
- have your consumer health data deleted
- withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it
To exercise these rights, email [[email protected]] with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Request.” We will respond within 45 days. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
