This policy applies to our website, our free resources, our paid courses, and our emails, for visitors and customers worldwide. Some sections apply only to residents of certain countries or US states, as noted.

4. Information We Don’t Ask For
We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, or other health details about you or your child. Please do not include such details in messages to us. Some information, such as the resources you request, may still suggest health-related details; see our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

- To send invoices and receipts, and to meet our legal and tax obligations
- To answer your questions and handle complaints and refunds
- To send you the free resources you request and emails with tips, course news, and offers

- To protect our website, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms
We do not use automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Legal Bases (EU, EEA, UK and UAE)
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or UAE, we process your information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (orders, accounts, course access); legal obligation (invoices and tax records); consent (analytics, advertising cookies, session recordings, and marketing emails where consent is required); and our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, customer support, and improving our courses). You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
7. Service Providers We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run Enappy.com, under contracts that limit how they can use it:

8. Cookies, Pixels and Session Recordings
We use necessary cookies to make the website, your account, and checkout work. Analytics, advertising, and session recording tools load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the [Cookie Settings] link in the footer.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): helps us understand how visitors use our site.
- Advertising (Meta Pixel): helps us measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our site.
- Session recordings and heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity): show us how visitors click, scroll, and move through our pages so we can fix usability problems. We configure Clarity to mask the text you type into forms. Recordings are kept for about 30 days.
Video viewing. We do not share information about which videos you watch, together with information that identifies you, with advertising partners. Our advertising pixel does not run on course video pages and does not send video titles.
Customer lists for advertising. If you have agreed to receive marketing, we may share an encrypted (hashed) version of your email address with Meta to show you relevant ads, or to avoid showing you ads for courses you already own. You can opt out at any time by emailing us.
9. Emails
If you sign up for a free resource or buy a course, we will send you emails related to it, and — where allowed or with your consent — tips, course news, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing does not affect emails we must send about your purchases or account.

11. International Transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and our service providers are located in the United States, the European Union, and other countries. When we transfer personal information across borders, we use appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where required by law.
12. Your Privacy Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your information
- stop sending you marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email)
- withdraw any consent you have given
To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Some information may need to be kept for legal reasons, such as invoices; if so, we will tell you.
13. Additional Rights for US Residents
Depending on the state you live in (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, or Virginia), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and share, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. We extend these rights to all US users.
You can opt out by using the [Your Privacy Choices] link in our footer, by rejecting advertising cookies in our cookie banner, or by turning on the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser, which we honor. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response; we will answer your appeal within 45 days.

14. Additional Rights for EU, EEA and UK Residents

15. Children
Enappy.com is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
16. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and a PCI-compliant payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and notify you by email of any material changes.
